Owners: Please consider adding a "Loss Assessment Rider" to your condo insurance policy if you don't already have one. Most carriers offer $50,000 of coverage for $10.00/year for a catastrophic loss (an entire building) for which all 68 unit owners might be assessed for any replacement costs that exceed the Association's policy.
